The Blueprint
Plot your scenes on a visual canvas
Plot on a canvas, then read it back as a timeline. Each scene card carries its synopsis, cast and setting. Move a scene and the sequence updates, so you catch a broken chronology before your editor does.

Scene Architecture
Treat scenes as modular building blocks. Drag, drop, and group them on an infinite 2D canvas to find the perfect structural flow.
Timeline Sync
Automatically synchronize your 2D plot maps with linear timelines. Visualize character arcs and subplot pacing in real-time.
Subplot Threading
Manage multiple plot threads simultaneously. Color-code story beats to ensure every character arc is resolved with precision.

Common questions
How is this different from an outline?
An outline is a list. The Blueprint is a canvas: scene cards, plot points and cast sit next to each other with labelled links like "discovers", "leads to" and "meets", so you see structure rather than reading it in order.
What does a scene card hold?
A title, a one-line synopsis, the time or era, the cast in the scene, the settings and lore it uses, and the scene content itself. Cast and settings are picked from characters and locations you already created, not retyped.
Will it catch a broken chronology?
The Timeline view replays the same scenes in chronological order, day by day. Move a scene and the sequence updates, so a character arriving before they left is visible instead of buried in the draft.
Can I run multiple plots and subplots?
Yes. Plots are separate boards you switch between, and a scene can carry markers such as a midpoint or an all-hope-is-lost beat so the shape of each thread stays readable.
Does the Blueprint connect to the manuscript?
Scenes tagged with a character or location show up in that entry's Connections tab, and the manuscript tracks where each name appears. Planning and prose stay in the same project.
Do I need AI to use the Blueprint?
No. Plotting, scene cards and the timeline are entirely manual and work offline.
