- This is your first refund request for NovelOS

5. After Your Refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your license key will be deactivated
- You should uninstall NovelOS from your devices (though your creative work remains yours)

Your Work is Safe: Even after a refund, all manuscripts and creative work you created in NovelOS remain on your device. We recommend exporting your work before uninstalling if you want to preserve it.
