Try NovelOS risk-free for 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your purchase—no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Just email us and we'll process your refund within 2 business days. 

## 1\. Our Commitment

We believe in our product, and we want you to love it too. If NovelOS doesn't meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund. We built this policy to be as simple and transparent as possible—because we respect your time and trust. 

## 2\. Refund Eligibility

* You purchased NovelOS within the last **30 days**
* This is your first refund request for NovelOS
* You're the original purchaser

### ✗ Not Eligible: 

* Purchases made more than 30 days ago
* Licenses obtained through unauthorized resellers or key sharing
* Repeated refund requests (we reserve the right to decline abuse)

## 3\. How to Request a Refund 

Getting a refund is simple:

We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and process your refund within 2 business days 

**Note:** We don't require you to explain why you want a refund. While we appreciate feedback to improve NovelOS, it's entirely optional. 

## 4\. Refund Processing Time 

Once approved:

* **Credit/Debit Cards:** 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
* **PayPal:** 1-3 business days
* **Other payment methods:** Up to 10 business days

## 5\. After Your Refund 

Once your refund is processed: 

* Your license key will be deactivated
* You should uninstall NovelOS from your devices (though your creative work remains yours)
* You're welcome to repurchase in the future if you change your mind

**Your Work is Safe:** Even after a refund, all manuscripts and creative work you created in NovelOS remain on your device. We recommend exporting your work before uninstalling if you want to preserve it. 

## 6\. Exceptions & Special Cases 

### 6.1 Technical Issues 

If you're experiencing technical problems, please contact our support team first at **support@novelos.studio**. We're committed to helping you resolve issues before resorting to a refund. 

### 6.2 Promotional Discounts 

If you purchased NovelOS during a promotional period, you'll be refunded the amount you actually paid, not the original price. 

### 6.3 Bundled Purchases 

If you purchased NovelOS as part of a bundle, refunds apply only to the NovelOS portion of the bundle price. 

## 7\. Abuse Prevention 

While we trust our customers, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that show patterns of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds, fraudulent activity). This policy exists to protect honest users and ensure sustainability.
